DR. RUSSELL E. PARTCH

Dr. Russell E. Partch, a member of the Senior Executive Service, is the deputy director of the Space Warfighting Analysis Center, Washington, D.C.  The SWAC conducts analysis, modeling, wargaming and experimentation to create operational concepts and Force Design guidance for United States Space Force missions.  Dr. Partch is responsible for the direction and oversight of all aspects of the organization’s operations and products including joint integrated space designs, strategic changes to missions’ areas, capabilities integration, and transition plans. The resulting force designs drive key processes and decisions to achieve the Chief of Space Operation’s priorities for the Service.

Prior to his current position, Dr. Partch served as the technical adviser for the Space Warfighting Analysis Center, Washington D.C.
