Ms. MaryKathryn S. Robinson, a member of the Senior Executive Service, is the Department of the Air Force Senior Services Manager and Program Executive Officer for Services, Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force Acquisition, Technology and Logistics, Washington, D.C. She provides leadership in the acquisition of Air and Space Force services and is responsible for a portfolio of more than $231 billion in existing and planned acquisitions. As senior advisor to the Service Acquisition Executives on all services acquisition matters, she provides oversight for acquisition planning, competitive selection processes and performance-based efforts, and ensures deployment of proper management controls for services acquisitions.
Prior to her current position, she served as the Associate Deputy Assistant Secretary for Air Force Contracting. She supported all aspects of contracting related to the acquisition of weapon systems, logistics support, materiel and services for the Air Force, to include the training, organizing and equipping of a workforce of some 8,000 contracting professionals.
Ms. Robinson joined the federal government as a Governmentwide Acquisition Management Intern with the Department of the Interior in 2002. She has supported several federal government departments and agencies, to include the Defense Pricing, Contracting, and Acquisition Policy, the Air Force District of Washington, the Joint Strike Fighter Program Office, the Missile Defense Agency, the U.S. Customs Service, the National Institutes of Health, and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
