Raymond during a ceremony a Peterson Air Force Base, Colo., 20 Aug. 2020. Dickinson’s command assignments include Commander, 32nd Army Air and Missile Defense Command (AAMDC); Commander, 94th AAMDC; Brigade Commander, 35th Air Defense Artillery Brigade, Eighth United States Army, Republic of Korea and Battalion Commander, 1st Battalion, 7th Air Defense Artillery, Fort Bliss, Texas, where the battalion deployed in support of Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom.
