During a ceremony U.S. Space Force Chief of Space Operations Gen. John W. Raymond presented this rank insignia patch to Chief Master Sgt. Roger A. Towberman recognizing him as the first Senior Enlisted Advisor to the U.S. Space Force, Pentagon, Arlington, Va., April 3, 2020. Towberman will serve as the senior enlisted advisor to the Chief of Space Operations and Secretary of the Air Force on all issues regarding the welfare, readiness, morale, proper utilization and progress of the Space Force enlisted force and their families.
