STARCOM executes first JNTC-accredited, largest SPACE FLAG exercise ever

U.S. Space Force Sgt. Cassidy Basney (left) and Specialist 4 Neale Hart (right) provide intelligence assessments to drive simulated combat operations during SPACE FLAG 22-3 at Schriever Space Force Base, Colorado, Aug. 16, 2022. Considered a tactically-focused exercise, SPACE FLAG is designed to provide tactical space units with advanced training in a simulated contested, degraded and operationally-limited environment. The exercise is conducted using live, virtual and constructive simulations which immerse Guardians and participants into a synthetic virtual battlefield. (U.S. Space Force photo by Judi Tomich)
