Isaac L. Lowe Mr. Isaac Lowe, a member of the Defense Intelligence Senior Executive Service, serves as the Executive Director of Integrated Security, Headquarters U.S. Space Force, at the Pentagon in Arlington, Virginia. In this capacity, he oversees the U.S. Space Force security enterprise on behalf of the Chief of Space Operations and the Head of the Intelligence Community Element and serves as the Cognizant Security Authority and Senior Intelligence Officer for the Space Force. Prior to joining the USSF, Mr. Lowe served as a senior executive at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency. He served as a Program Director and Senior Advisor, leading major acquisition programs and advising agency leadership on space and counterspace initiatives for the GEOINT enterprise. Mr. Lowe began his intelligence career with the U.S. Air Force in 1995. After transitioning from active duty, he served in a variety of intelligence analysis and leadership roles throughout the DoD and Intelligence Community, including as the Chief Technology Officer for the U.S. Space Command Intelligence Directorate, Director of the Technical Analysis Center within the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), and as a National Security Fellow at the Harvard Belfer Center. Mr. Lowe earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the Metropolitan State University of Denver and completed a postgraduate research fellowship at the Harvard Kennedy School. He is a graduate of the Defense Acquisition University and a DAWIA-certified Program Manager.
