Ceremony Formation
Airmen from the 23d Fighter Group stand in formation during a change of command ceremony, July 10, 2017, at Moody Air Force Base, Ga. The Defense Department recently named recipients of the 2022 Elizabeth Blanc Exceptional SARC of the Year Award and the 2022 Promoting Excellence in Prevention Award.
