Delta 6 welcomes new commander

Col. Travis Prater took command of Space Delta 6 from outgoing commander, Col. Christopher Kennedy, during a ceremony presided by SpOC commander, Lt. Gen. David Miller, Jr. at Peterson SFB, Aug. 23.
